Coordinates with	Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM): Project implementation team in Benapole, Satkhira
Salary (consolidated)	BDT. 10,000 ( Consolidated)

GENERAL CONTEXT AND BACKGROUND:

Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is a non-government development organization founded by Khan BahadurAhsanullah, an eminent educationist, reformer and Sufi. The founding motto of DAM is ‘Divine and humanitarian service’. It functions since 1958 pursuing the aims of social and spiritual development of entire human community.

DAM is recruiting suitable candidates for its upcoming Sustainable Urban Provision, Benapole project
inBenapole, Satkhira funded by Human Appeal.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

• Implement field level activities as per plan;
• Supervise, monitoring and quality controlof WASH software activities as per appropriate in local context;
• Organize and facilitate different session, training on hygiene promotionforvolunteer, LGIs and other local stakeholders;
• Identifying of community skills, assets, issues and needs as per project level stakeholders;
• Building links and regular collaboration with community and duty bearer;
• Assist to raise public awareness on issues relevant to the community;
• Responsible to MHM Piloting and ignition sessions and building capacity of the beneficiary;
• Responsible to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual field progress reports;
• Act as assign by the Project Manager.

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum HSC or equivalent

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL:

• At least 1year experience in relevant work.
• Working experience with National or local NGOs.
• Skills on community mobilization.
