Masters in Social Science, any advance training/diploma will be added advantage. 6-8 years of progressive experience at development organization particularly monitoring & evaluation of multi donor project. Grassroots experience, fair understanding of children education in different geographical locations, people & culture of Bangladesh, familiar with contemporary social development initiative & approach is desirable with excellent linkage building with different stakeholders at local level. Frequent field visit will be required. Candidate should be fluent in English & Bangla both written & oral. Computer literacy is must. Age Limit-50, Duty Station- South Sunamganj.

BDT 70,000 with other benefits will pay as per project provision and organizational policy.

Technical Coordinator, Pre-primary Education
(01)

Masters in Social Science, 5-7 years of experience at non formal education specially for Pre-primary Education with expertise on community & social mobilization. Skilled in education program especially in pre-primary education, curriculum, pedagogy, lesson plan etc. Material development work, good community mobilization skills, excellent linkage building with local community and GoB. Frequently field visit will be required. Candidate should be fluent in English & Bangla both written & oral. Computer literacy is must. Age Limit-45, Duty Station- South Sunamganj.

BDT 50,000 with other benefits will pay as per project provision and organizational policy.

Technical Coordinator, ABAL Model
(01)

Masters in Social Science, 5-7 years of experience at non formal education specially ABAL model with expertise on community & social mobilization. Skilled in non-formal education program especially curriculum, pedagogy, lesson plan etc. Material development work, good community mobilization skills, excellent linkage building with local community and GoB. Frequent field visit will be required. Candidate should be fluent in English & Bangla both written & oral. Computer literacy is must. Age Limit-45, Duty Station- South Sunamganj.

BDT 50,000 with other benefits will pay as per project provision and organizational policy.

Coordinator, Admin & Finance (01)

M.Com/ MBA in Accounting or Finance with CACC, 5-7 Years’ experience in accounts, finance management in multi-donor funded projects, audit and providing technical support to the field. Skilled in financial and inventory/asset management reporting. Building ensures internal control system, financial report preparation to the donor. Skill in Tally accounting software is given preference. Frequent field visit will be required. Age limit 45 years. Duty Station- South Sunamganj.

Upazilla Coordinator (02)

Masters in Social Science, 4-5 years of experience at non formal education project management particularly pre-primary and non-formal primary education program in Haor/challenged areas, good community mobilization skill and excellent linkage building with different stakeholder at local level, skills in reporting and fund management. Frequent field visit will be required. Age limit 35 years. Duty Station- South Sunamganj and Bishwamvarpur.

BDT 45,000 with other benefits will pay as per project provision and organizational policy.

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (02)

Masters in Social Science/Statistics, 4-5 years of Monitoring and MIS experiences particularly in the education project, good documentation, analytical skills, and preparation of various reports and management of project information electronically. Frequent filed visits will be required. Age limit 35 years. Duty Station- South Sunamganj and Bishwamvarpur including frequent field visit.

Technical Officer (04)

Masters in Social Science having 2-3 years of working experiences in education particularly pre-primary and non-formal primary education program and in particular training /facilitation back ground with TOT. Excellent facilitation skills with management of the training courses/community/teacher’s orientation. Skills in report writing in both English and Bangla. Frequent field visit will be required. Age limit 35 years. Duty Station- South Sunamganj and Bishwamvarpur including frequent field visit.

Program Organizer (20)

Minimum Graduates having 2-3 years experiences in Non-formal education program implementation and supervision. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Frequent field visit will be required. Age limit 35 years Duty Station- South Sunamganj and Bishwamvarpur.

Program Organizer, Communication for Development -C4D (02)

Minimum Graduates having 2-3 years experiences in C4D related program implementation. S/he will be responsible to implement all C4D related activities like facilitating training and organizing activities in the field level. Familiarity in Interactive Popular Theatre (IPT) show and community dialogue is desired. Frequent field visit will be required. Age limit 35 years. Duty Station- South Sunamganj and Bishwamvarpur including frequent field visit.

Office Assistant (02)

Minimum Commerce Graduates having 2-3 years experiences in accounting, inventory management, personal file maintenance administrative and logistics management in offices/NGOs. Book-keeping skill and financial report preparation is required. Different types of register maintenance like inventory, advance, dispatch, asset etc. Ensure internal control system, vat & tax deduction, report preparation as per GoB rules. Frequent field visit will be required. Age limit 35 years Duty Station- South Sunamganj and Bishwamvarpur.
