Job Title             : Finance & Admin Officer
Job Location      : Hena Ahmed Hospital,Alampur, Sreenagar, Munshiganj.
                                                                       
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  1. Ensure all types of fees/money collection and update money receipt.
  2. Responsible for bank transaction, deposit, bank statement etc
  3. Prepare and update bills, vouchers, adjustment, cash-ledger book maintain and petty cash maintain.
  4. Ensure selected & quality   meals as per routine & monitor the responsible staff.
  5. Ensure payment for different official bills as electricity, phone, VAT, tax, renewal fees etc.
  6. Preserve all accounts related documents properly and update it.
  7. Ensure maintaining the stock register, inventory, fixed assets etc.
  8. Checking daily bill vouchers, cash book, ledger book, deposit slip, money receipt and update fees of the clients.
  9. Maintain vehicle and other machineries and equipments.
  10. Perform day to day financial activities and prepare financial report as monthly, quarterly and annual and send it to AMIC Head Office.
  11. Ensure building maintenance and repairing.
  12. Maintain liaison with different stakeholders ( GO, NGO and private,etc)
  13.  Maintain staff personal files and update.
  14.  Staff attendance registers, staff movement and leave register.
  15.  Prepare attendance sheet for monthly salary payment and ensure disbursement.
  16. Any other task by assigned the Supervisor.

 

Educational Qualification: M.com (Accounting)
Experience:  Three (03) years practical experience. Working in health sector especially in private Hospital will considered as advantage.

Salary:  Negotiable
