Job Title : Finance & Admin Officer
Job Location : Hena Ahmed Hospital,Alampur, Sreenagar, Munshiganj.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Ensure all types of fees/money collection and update money receipt.
- Responsible for bank transaction, deposit, bank statement etc
- Prepare and update bills, vouchers, adjustment, cash-ledger book maintain and petty cash maintain.
- Ensure selected & quality meals as per routine & monitor the responsible staff.
- Ensure payment for different official bills as electricity, phone, VAT, tax, renewal fees etc.
- Preserve all accounts related documents properly and update it.
- Ensure maintaining the stock register, inventory, fixed assets etc.
- Checking daily bill vouchers, cash book, ledger book, deposit slip, money receipt and update fees of the clients.
- Maintain vehicle and other machineries and equipments.
- Perform day to day financial activities and prepare financial report as monthly, quarterly and annual and send it to AMIC Head Office.
- Ensure building maintenance and repairing.
- Maintain liaison with different stakeholders ( GO, NGO and private,etc)
- Maintain staff personal files and update.
- Staff attendance registers, staff movement and leave register.
- Prepare attendance sheet for monthly salary payment and ensure disbursement.
- Any other task by assigned the Supervisor.
Educational Qualification: M.com (Accounting)
Experience: Three (03) years practical experience. Working in health sector especially in private Hospital will considered as advantage.
